This property is the upstairs apartment in a triplex. This property has private access through gate that faces the street where you'd park and has a fully fenced backyard.

Our apartment features a convenient electronic lock for easy guest access! Upon booking and the rental agreement is filled out, you'll receive a unique code for the lock, allowing you to enter the apartment with a simple keypad entry. No need to worry about keys or coordinating check-ins! You'll have 24/7 access to your private space, providing flexibility and convenience during your stay!

The whole downtown area is getting revitalized to be the pride and joy of the Fort Wayne area. We've loved seeing the area grow and new businesses flourish!

There are lots of bus stops near the property if you would like to take Citilink Transit. Otherwise, VeoRide is new to the area and there's tons of electric scooters and bikes you can locate nearby to scoot on around downtown or wherever you'd like to adventure to! Uber/Lyft are also great options as well.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
